Maryanne Wanca-Thibault has more than 20 years experience as an OD Consultant and Advisor with specific expertise in Leadership Development, Succession, and Executive Coaching.
Maryanne has worked alongside key stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies and across a variety of industries to deliver customized learning solutions that align with an organization’s strategy to grow and leverage its talent.
Her focus on the people-side of the organization comes from a deep interest in organizational behavior and a desire to help professionals grow and maximize performance. This includes identifying and developing executives’ strengths and growth opportunities, and coaching to actionable goals. As a member of DHR Elevate, Maryanne helps assess candidates’ cultural “fit” for executive search. The Group’s assessment tools are also foundational for a suite of advisory services, including onboarding, succession, and individual/team development.
Maryanne has a doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a published scholar and practitioner. While she exited a purely academic career, she continues to value the intersection between theory and practice in business. She keeps that relationship current through teaching in the MBA and Leadership Programs at several universities. In addition, she has strong background and interest in online curriculum development and delivery for professional adults.
